sell and work on products that are critical to making consumers lives more easy and enjoyable. nice headquarter facility in charlotte. good reputation in charlotte. friendly coworkers. good diversity of employees.
Cons
no leadership direction at all from the top. current interim ceo pretends to be a nice guy but he has a terrible record of laying off employees (10-20%) at the end of every year in every job he had. Can not trust him. current culture is to be happy playing in the low end of the market. comp & benefits are very low comparing to market. most people are looking elsewhere. Me too.
