Good work, not so good management - Process Technician Electrolux Employee Review

Huge disconnect between the production floor and the management offices. Good work to do, but all important decision for the production floor are made by clueless upper management with zero clue of what's actually going on or needed on the floor because they literally never go walk the floor or talk to employees about anything.
