      Great people to work with. Fast paced, high volume tooling. would go back and work there again. Good management teams

      Cons

      quite a bit of travel. always on call if tooling goes down. Travel to other countries for tooling and qualifications

      Pros

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Cons

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
