Pros
Zero supervision or accountability. sometimes we do literally no work for an entire week. I'm not even sure if my boss knows my name.
Cons
The line employees run the show. Be ready to be disrespected and lock up your belongings. HR does not help anyone but hourly employees. There has to be at lease 100% turnover in supervisors every year. I will be moving on within the next few months.
