Pros
Easy money: A good majority of the time the lines are down and you get paid to stand there.
Cons
Poor Communication Overall: Unable to get in touch with anyone that works in an office. Voicemails are always full for the HR and Medical departments. Also, if you're a "regular Joe" working on the floor communication & expectations are not clearly communicated across the floor causing unnecessary disciplinary actions. Payment Issues: Have had several occasions in which paychecks are not verified/approved causing a lapse in pay.
