      Silo mentality is in effect. The computers systems are old and do not communicate with each other. Everyone that works at this place is very un-happy! They will no promote or train people for the long term. The also churn and burn people

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.
