      Pros

      You are always under the watchful "caring" eyes of the the NA CEO-He installed cameras in the workspace to watch over your every move.

      Cons

      The current NA-CEO is has serious integrity issues and top management have been forced to walk the gangplank. Many have chosen to take their chances and jumped overboard to flee the sinking ship. It doesn't give those of us who remain much confidence.

      Pros

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Cons

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
