      - little pressure to work hard - work life balance - team culture with lots of meetings

      - incompetent senior management - strategy remains ivory tower based with non existent execution - endless discussions and poor execution

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
