      No clear career path for employees Discrimination between European and Arabs Department KPIs are conflicting Need more effort in understanding sites cultures instead of applying global culture with bad results

      Electrolux has a lot to offer its employees.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
