      Pros

      It's a large international employer, you'll have colleagues from all over the world. In Sweden you also get 8 weeks of vacation!

      Cons

      There are a lot of employee and organisational changes. Unless you are close with your manager you will not survive long term.

      Electrolux has a lot to offer its employees.

      Cons

      Favoritism is an issue. People with no experience getting promoted because they might be good vs promoting the person who has the skills but avoids drama.
