Used to be a good Company - Anonymous employee Electrolux Employee Review

This company lost it's way when the GEA deal fell through. Started to get rid of all the senior level people and let Stockholm have too much control over the regions. They want to have global shared services but regional P&L and that leads to lots of confusion for the regional teams and waist time and stop them from moving forward. HR team needs to be revamped.
