      - Colleagues (mine were great) - Work topics (I liked what I was doing) - Environment (it's a nice place) - Canteen (although expensive, but at least you can forget to cook the day before) - 30 days of vacation + 10 "squeeze days"

      Cons

      - Senior Management - Too small salary increases due to unfair HR system - Reduced flexibility home-office after new directives - New directives force holidays in summer period - Requires often to work overtime

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
