      Leadership needs to change. No clear direction, constant shifting of priorities, continues to cut resources and expect more output. On top of this, requiring return to office 4 days a week with no logical explanation other than corporate oversight.

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
