Thanks for your review of Electrolux and for recommending us as an employer. We're happy to hear you mention so many positives about the workplace but of course we want to hear that our employees also feel they are treated fairly. As you point out, this is linked to a company's talent policies and processes, and we have built ours with fair treatment and respect as a core.
