      Great work/life balance Swedish culture (recently has changed a bit though) Flexible (recently changed a bit though) Very solid and old company

      Cons

      Not good management decisions Not a pioneer company in its market Don't see edge techs but average to acceptable Does not have efficient work system (long hierarchy unnecessary managers)

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
