      Stable, big company, good food at the restaurant

      Cons

      no long term career, slow moving company, salaries are low and if you start as an intern make sure to leave after 2-3 years since salaries will be always on the lower range. Also this depends on the team you are in, some get better career paths some get worse.

      Amazing team to work for. The job is fun and you get to use your hands and you actually see the improvements you made work.

      Cons

      Plant is closing down leading to not having any jobs anymore.
