Quite a bit of freedom - you are given a piece of a project and they let you run with it. Some very knowledgeable colleagues. Some cool projects.
Cons
President/owner is far right weirdo. This bleeds into company culture. Do not expect a progressive Seattle tech company vibe. Company is suffering brain drain recent year or two.
