Interesting projects, autonomy and freedom. Opportunities to travel. Very unique place to work.
Cons
Very odd salary negotiation- putting down fellow employees to justify your own advancement is seemingly encouraged. Several years minimum working as a technician before any design work. If you are seeking electrical engineering work, you have no control systems work at all, the controls engineering side of the job is completely separated. Me personally the controls potion of the project was the reward for designing and building the electrical cabinets.
