Solid pay, good environment, flexible schedule

Smaller company, so less people around, could be a pro or con

The starting pay is the draw.

Literally everything else. Over 100 degrees in the summer. Every job hurts your hands. They rotate you on jobs often so you WILL get a bad job. They don’t train you. It’s dirty. Hardly no vacation. The managers don’t care. A lot of gossip. All the other reviews were from office people, not people on the factory. They don’t know what it’s like in the shop. To sum up. If you don’t have big hands, stay away, you’ll just end up quitting because your hands will hurt and no one will help you. Or you’ll be breathing powder coating or welding.
