Different projects have different timelines, and there is a clear expectation that sometimes extra work is needed to meet a customer's need. With prior notice and ample communication, we work with our staff to ensure needs of all parties involved is met. Our salaries match staff member’s levels of experience, and we list these salaries clearly on job postings.
Any and all paperwork requested is completed in a timely manner; however, EMA has no control on the speed that third parties may communicate when paperwork is completed or get back to the end user.
Our benefit package is clearly outlined during the interview process and is incorporated into our Employee Handbook that staff have full access to. Our policies and procedures are clear and concise for working from home and PTO. Questions are always welcomed by both your functional manager and the entire management team!
