Pros
There is an immense amount of customer interest across all product offerings. If you get disinterest in one model, there is certainly at least one other that will grab a client’s attention. This means immense opportunity to engage the customers and upsell. The internal team is incredibly skilled. The CTO is the former head of data at Uber. CEO completely revamped the company and figured out how to successfully evolve the product and SELL into the market. To be able to connect the data team with new clients and see the incredible results that are achieved is very rewarding… just take a look at the case studies that were done. Endless potential to sell if you put in the effort and work.
Cons
If you are hired to work in sales, you must do exactly that. Sell. Generate your own opportunities. Getting meetings is not always the easiest, but AI is all the rage right now and the market is incredibly receptive to engaging with companies like EAI. You need to be able to build your own network and opportunities. Unfortunately, I am not sure why that comes as a surprise to anyone who is looking for a sales role.
