Electricfil was a good company with solid upper management. The work was steady and the people were fun to work with

It's clean & the hours are normally no more than 40-50 hour Production operators are generally nice Maintance & Engineer employees are nice

I've worked here a little over 5 years & I loved this place within the first 4 years, but here lately it's completely went to what I call a "Quantity over Quality" standard. Constant management changes & standardization tatics have negativley shifted employee moral on the production floor. Quality management is far more unorganized. Training is expected to be rushed. Upkeep of tools & machinary are constantly delayed due to quantity of shipments. Communication has always been the #1 weakness in the plant
