      Pros

      Great knowledgeable coworkers. Donuts once a month.

      Cons

      Expected to work after normal business hours, unpaid on a regular basis. Management is disconnected from employees. Family run company with family problems. No pay increase. Extremely high work load. Owner will verbally abuse you in front of coworkers. Shouting, screaming, door slamming, fist shaking, and other child like behavior occur weekly. Cheap office equipment, employees are still using computers from Pre-Katrina. 3 months into the year and 3 employees have quit.

      Pros

      Great people, atmosphere. Some of the best in the business in the lighting field. Anyone looking for a rock-star PM, find Heather, no one that can touch that talent.

      Cons

      Very few, a sales leader in Ryan the president, absolutely terrific . I left because of relocation, and would still be there if not.

      Pros

      The owners clearly care about the employees, treating everyone as a big family. They are available to talk about new ideas and work with employees to achieve career goals.

      Cons

      They are a little short staffed right now. Although they are working to hire, they do have some open positions and the staff can feel it.
