Pros

- Company lives it's core values of being respectful of each other, better than yesterday, supporting each other's growth and other golden values - Getting to work with brilliant, talented & fun people who know all work and no play makes life dull - Focus on experimentation, open to learning from mistakes accelerates the learning process - A clearly defined career track & transparent appraisal process which makes the growth transparent leaving no room for politics

Cons

- Everyone wants to help their colleague better by providing straightforward feedback and we are still learning how to do a better job at it - Working with clients can be stressful at times and sometimes can be unpredictable & volatile (but Directors are very supportive in helping this figure out) - Due to so many talented colleagues, the standards are quite high and need to consistently improve to score high

Pros

I joined the company during a career transition from a visual/art direction background into product design, and it was a steep learning curve. What made the experience genuinely positive was the company culture and leadership. The directors were supportive, approachable, and deeply invested in growing people – not just shipping work. There was a strong sense of trust and psychological safety. Feedback was constructive, expectations were clear, and there was room to ask questions, experiment, and learn without fear. For someone evolving their craft or stepping into more complex product work, this was one of the best environments I’ve worked in. Collaboration across teams was respectful and open, and design was valued as a strategic function rather than just execution.

Cons

Like many growing companies, the pace can be intense and priorities can shift quickly. For someone new to product design, the learning curve can feel overwhelming at times and requires a lot of self-initiative. Some processes and frameworks were still evolving, which may be challenging for people who prefer very structured environments.
