AWFUL production house to learn proper working processes of production, especially for those new to the industry. learnt the hard way after joining another company that everything done at EL was skewed - profit margins for a PH are never meant to be this high, let alone markups on the budget to charge clients; even small stuff like call sheets are not done to the industry standard looks nice but no actual substance nor proper experience from top management. if you want to be part of a company that knows what they're doing, avoid EL at all costs
