Pros
We had an amazing team and an amazing Manager and Director. We were like family and we worked very hard and worked together for the greater good of our customers so loyalty to the company was easy. When we had ideas or disagreed with something we were listened to and our Manager and Director would fight for us. You don't find that very often. Many employees would drive 80+ miles (roundtrip) everyday because they valued their job that much!
(Sadly all of that was demolished when the company was bought by Zayo).
Cons
Integra changed CEO's several times, so of course the new CEO's changed things around a lot trying to make a name for themselves. Eventually Integra ending up selling the company to Zayo (who laid off 200 employees and reduced salaries of remaining employees). Zayo executives don't care about the customers like the Integra/EL executives did. It's all about the almighty dollar with Zayo...which is true for a lot a companies clawing their way to the top, but Integra was different. The customers came first.
