Bad culture, rules depend on who you are and what side of the tracks you work on. Held to highest standard if you work production side. Zero accountability if you work in the office. If you work in the office, especially being female, doesn’t matter what you do wrong they will let it go and maybe even promote you. Production side is held to the highest of standards, everything by the book, mess up and you get time off without pay. It’s a mess and only getting worse.
