From day one, when I started here 8 years ago, I have experienced some of the hardest-working, ethical, and dedicated employees I have ever worked with. I have seen countless colleagues get rewarded for their hard work through promotions and financially. It is unfortunate to see bad reviews for our company, as many of these individuals we let go due to poor performance. This is a high-performer environment, so low performers do not last long.
