It was great when I started, I got the shift I wanted immediately out of training, and within a year I was promoted to the offline team where I was handling inventory reports and sending emails to customers without having to answer calls for a ffull shift every day. Things went sour when I had to go on medical leave
Cons
Management failed to advise that my offline position no longer exisited until I contacted them about coming back from medical leave. While on medical leave the company restructured and I had to go back from medical leave with no sales training in a fully sales oriented environment. This last about 10 months, then they decidded to let me go because I wasn't making sales quotas.
