Pros
They allow 60 minute lunch break, but don't leave early or be 1 minute late, you'll be making that time up!
Cons
Management is a joke, VP is constantly out of the office and very demanding. Expects things done on his time and expects people to travel and work on weekends with no compensation. Treats his employees like children and isn't above teasing or joking to make you feel uncomfortable in your role. Products are inferior and don't come close to meeting expectations of customers. Very niche market
Progression is possible and reasonable salaries can be negotiated in the right circumstances.
Many of my colleagues were very friendly and great at their jobs, delivering their work under a lot of pressure.
I worked with good managers who were supportive and did not micromanage (not true for everyone at this company)
Cons
Terrible at inclusion. Cannot recommend to women, LGBTQ+ or other minorities. Some shockingly old fashioned attitudes in senior leadership and HR. Left with absolutely no faith in HR's ability to do their job.
Severely underpaying some staff. I knew of two people who were in the same role and the person with minimal experience was being paid 25% more.
Pressure from senior leadership to adhere to unrealistic timelines with near impossible bonus targets was awful for morale.
