Pros
The company has a solid strategic vision and has taken the steps to "right-size" the company this year via two major re-oganization and reduction in force activities. These will make us leaner and more agile.
Cons
Both of the re-organization efforts have resulted in aftershocks. Reduction in force typically result in those retained employees being assigned a heavier load and some of them deciding to leave the company creating a vacancy that needs to be filled.
