Pros
Great people. The individuals that you share the office or manufacturing floor with are fantastic, and very hard workers.
Cons
Poor management. The directors selflishly seek quarterly goals only, sacrificing quality, employee hapiness, and long-term grown in favor of instant gratification. This leads to a revolving door of directors, all of which are just trying to get their slice of the pie before they move on.
