There is NO infrastructure what so ever. I you need a server, a wrench, a monitor or even a license for an IDE or Matlab - nothing comes by easy... everybody just works with hacks and workarounds, even in this means that employees violate (knowingly) information security protocols. The work is not managed technically by anyone, there are no Tech-Leads in the company just a bunch of project managers. Hence, the work is of the worst imagined quality... Project timelines are outrages - simple projects can take 4-5 years and it will be considered a good pace.
