The salary you start with is very imported. it is better to start with as high as you possibly can. Since it is hard to receive a big raise as you continue to work. They have in Elbit many strange rules about salary raising ... only when the corporation decides on a company raise and then only the ones that they see fit to receive one. You need to be confident good at your job and assertive, to get a significant raise .
