      Convenient work hours Can learn a couple of new technologies if you are at the right place.

      Cons

      Bad atmosphere allowing mediocrity and politics to thrive. latent unemployed stuff members trying to justify their existence by over- lording others who happened to be productive. Projects are stashed as fast as they are urged to be done.
