Pros
hours are reasonable generally speaking, perks are okay, locations are convenient, and there are rides to work, and you can leave when they go (early)- and it's legit.
Cons
low salary, even if the stock goes up- the salary on the day you arrive will stay the same till your last day. Bonuses are given only to those who suck-up to senior directors- non-related to how they're really doing business- wise. Promotion is given only if one of the non-relevant criteria takes part- either you're pilot, or engineer. And either way- you should be a man, otherwise the odds are against you.
