Toxic environment starts from the current CEO. Every time you have a performance review, they will never end up increasing your salary even though the client you are working for gives good feedback for you.

Salaries are not so competitive, they try to save cents on people. The new management are bunch of people who micromanage, put pressure, and lie to colleagues (by talking for someone else) even though those two are friends, people who cause stress to their employees and the main boss (which works at DXC Technology in Stuttgart) re-iterates that he is the big boss, godfather etc.
