      Great CEO and powerful company. I am taking my happy time with BIT and enjoy my skills with great people there. CEO is providing the learning condition to all developers. I've also grown my full stack skills here. As well, Company has fantastic and powerful developers on cloud platform like GCP, AWS and Azure.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO and a good place to up your skills. Flexibility and management have good long term vision

      Cons

      Not a con exactly but should be able to wear multiple hats, which is quite common in startups.
