      Pros

      The people are great. Stuck, but great.

      Cons

      There is nothing but pressure and a toxic environment at Elantis. People quit weekly. Sales are non existent. The CEO changes his mind weekly on what kind of business they are. Claims it’s white glove service but every customer is over budget and unhappy. Just like the staff. Benefits are garbage, unlimited sick days are not real, zero work life balance. You will have to work for hours at home

      Pros

      Elantis is very welcoming, and all the people are really helpful. I've learned a lot working here, and got to work with a wide variety of clients and technologies. Leadership encourages growth and new ideas, every person is valued. There are lots of perks like lunches and a free gym.

      Not really any, things are good.

      Amazing support from the CEO and leadership. A wonderful team who truly care about growth and our clients. Amazing Operations Manager.

      Growth means sometimes working extra hours but it will be worth it!
