The compensation is really low. Well below average. It is something they are looking to improve. They do not account for cost of living. A lot of people have left in the last year due to low pay. I do still see gender pay gap discrepancies. Marketing is very out of touch with the sales force and what’s going on in the field. Sales requirements change every year, which is frustrating. You’ll spend more time ticking a box to appease investors than you will actually selling something.
