The atmosphere that the owners have created here at Elan is unlike anything I've ever experienced. They have invested so much time and energy into ensuring that each role is filled with the right person, resulting in a cohesive group of people that operates flawlessly. Everyone works hard, goes above and beyond to help each other, and has fun doing it. I've never worked at a place where it was easy to come to work and that's how it is here. Management is transparent about the state of the business which gives you a sense that they trust you to do your part to meet the company's goals.

I really can't think of any cons for my situation but with offices in Green Bay, Milwaukee and Madison only, anyone applying for employment will need to be near one of these cities or relocate.
