Need better management - Cashier El Pollo Loco Employee Review

Management needs to focus on better training. Instead of doing everybody else’s job. When you asked for help they give you attitude. If you have a problem, it takes them forever to come and help you and customers are looking at you like you’re not doing nothing to help me.
