      You have a job if you are accepted. You can request up to 2 months off and still have a job if approved even after only working there for 3 months.

      Cons

      If you have a bad Manager that runs the store. Its going to be stressful. You do not get raises. You do not get paid vacation. You do not get paid holiday.
