Pros
Sometimes food was provided by the company. Flexible hours. Great for high school students. (I was one when I worked here). Great experience to learn how corporate dictates what individual stores do.
Cons
Busy hours are some of the heaviest workloads you can expect, when it is busy, it gets busy. Closing may take longer than expected in the beginning, but it dwindles once you have experience. Expected to do a myriad of different tasks even if was not directly described to you when you were hired.
