Unprofessional place of work - Anonymous El Pollo Loco Employee Review

Managers here are so unprofessional I been called stupid in so many ways. Very poor training didn't teach me nothing I had to learn everything on my own. Managers here will flirt with other employees and customers. I hear mangers talk crap about employees to coworkers. Its so dredful working here. They never praise you for anything but you make one little mistake its the end of the world. You'll end up working more than what you get paid.
