The vision of the new CEO is forward thinking and positive.
Cons
The current way they’re treating employees is horrendous; they don’t have a clue who is committed, who is doing the right thing with the right motives and who the manipulative, power hungry are. Not sure what the problem is but they need to fix it before more of the people who truly care about the business are lost.
