Pros
Very busy work, which I like, but lucky for them I am a seasoned food service worker. VERY good pay, given the competitions base pay. Great upper management.
Cons
They need to train more effectively. I am currently at a very new store and the only one that can handle my position. The shift leaders and assistant managers have no clue what they are doing.
