It’s an easy job , the patients are easy to work with and can make the job meaningful
Cons
Favoritism, disorganized facility, you’re expected to work beyond your role and then get in trouble for doing what you’re told. Leadership and HR just cover up for their nurses and poor patient care. Very toxic environment.
