50% discount, free meal for morning shifts, coworkers are fun, costumers are nice

Don’t value your hard work, no raises or chances to grow in the company. Drue was the best manager but after he left, the restaurant is a chaos. Besides that, most of the managers are nice.

The best reason to work at el alma is the potential of making a lot of money and they are pretty flexible with scheduling

The downside is that the environment itself can get toxic. The money distribution is unclear, the restaurant itself is GROSS, management was often a mess and they definitely have their favorites and not so favorites that is not determined on how many sales you bring or your level of team work
