Pros
- Mission (although, not always clear) - The products are fun and high-tech - Beautiful office location and easy commute. They have free parking and access to EV chargers in the back if needed - The people here are honestly very kind and caring. Ekso has the family feel - The office is dog-friendly and open - Small company so your opinion matters - Remote work for 1 day a week
Cons
- We're heavily dependent on funding and sales. When sales are low, budgets get cut - Company is small so there aren't a lot of people to support and resources can feel really low - Lots of remote workers on Fridays so the office can sometimes feel a little empty - A huge portion of Sales team members are new and are likely undertrained - Stock is NOT in great shape. Currently at a low of less than a $1 which puts us at risk of RS. - Pay is "meh" and bonuses are not a thing. They give you stock options which are kind of a joke right now
